Programs at Marysville Library


Second and third graders and their caregivers can join us for a lively discussion about Bunnicula by James Howe. Club 23 will meet on Tuesday, October 4, at 7 p.m. Registration is underway.
 
Fourth and fifth graders and their caregivers can join us for a lively discussion about Me and the Pumpkin Queen by Marlane Kennedy. Club 45 will meet on Tuesday, October 11 at 7 p.m. Registration begins September 11.
 
Lego Lovers (ages 3-14) are invited to Lego Club on the second Saturday of each month! Come build with us next on Saturday, October 8, at 2 p.m. No registration is required.
 
Improve your reading skills and make a new friend by reading aloud to therapy dogs. Join us for Pages & Paws on Tuesday, October 18 at 6:30 p.m. Therapy dogs and their trainers will be on hand, ready to read with a friend. 


 
Computer Classes:


The Marysville Public Library will be offering a computer class “Mousing Around” at the main library on Thursday, October 6 at 6 p.m. This is a beginner’s class in using a mouse, opening and closing applications, and filling out online forms. No computer experience required. Registration begins one week before the class You can register online at www.marysvillelib.org or call 642-1876 ext. 21 to register (space is limited). These computer classes are for adults only.
 
The Marysville Public Library will be offering a computer class “Introduction to Computers” at the main library on Thursday, October 13 at 6 p.m. This class is for people who need to learn the basics of using a computer. Topics covered: turning the computer on and off, manipulating windows, using a mouse and keyboard, and computer terminology. No computer experience required. Registration begins one week before the class.  You can register online at www.marysvillelib.org or call 642-1876 ext. 21 to register (space is limited). These computer classes are for adults only.

All of the programs are at the main library at 231 S. Plum Street in Marysville.
